Dawson Eagles

Offensive Player of the Week

Quarterback Patrick Kramer gave a strong effort against Hastings as he was 16-of-31 passing for 211 yards in directing the offense down the field against a very fast and aggressive defense. Kramer has the Eagles in a position to make the playoffs with a win in the final district game of the season.











Defensive Player of the Week

Devon Leon was all over the field on defense with eight tackles while showing unselfish leadership on that side of the ball throughout the entire game against Hastings.















Pearland Oilers

Offensive Player of the Week

Left tackle Brayden McKinney opened holes for the Oiler running attack and made his presence known early and often allowing the ground attack to run at will against Brazoswood. He also helped the offensive line provide strong pass protection in the 55-7 win over Brazoswood.











Defensive Player of the Week

Isaiah Iton played like his hair was on fire against Brazoswood. Iton had two sacks, two tackles for a loss, one solo tackle and two assists in the 55-7 victory.
