Texas Sports Writers select Lady Oilers to All-State teams

The 2025 Pearland softball season saw the Lady Oilers capture the District 22-6 crown with an undefeated 16-0 record while advancing to the Class 6A Region III playoffs with a 25-6 overall mark.

Pearland opened the one-game bi-district round of the playoffs with a 22-3 win over Fort Bend Travis that ended in five innings with the mercy rule. That sent the Lady O's to the area round to face the Atascocita Lady Eagles.

The Lady Oilers fell to the Lady Eagles in a best-of-three series 2-1 to end their season at 27-8 final season record.
