The Mustangs had full control of the game for the first three quarters in building a 21-6 lead, but the final five minutes of the Class 4A Region III Division I bi-district contest left everyone holding their breath as Foster scored twice within a minute to cut Friendswood's 24-6 lead to 24-19 with 2:22 remaining in the game.
