Kimble and his teammates had a great showing at the state 7-on-7 tournament as they won their pool to advance to the championship bracket for the second straight year.

Axtell completed work on his Eagle Scout project as he organized an environmental awareness activity on two separate weekends that involved marking neighborhood storm drains with no dumping markers and educating neighbors that storm waters flow directly to Galveston Bay.
